a wee bundle of mail on my desk.

two more of my favourite things..

i invented the most delicious strawberry mousse today :) what did you do?

sweet and petit award ribbon brooches, made from handcut paper and felt, in happy splashes of colour. intended for wear on days that need a little brightening.

for the upcoming Insert Coin Here exhibition, part of the L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival.

a day of drawing wolves, bumping heads and eating leftovers.

i wish everyone was this passionate.

for a secret something i'm working on with this lovely lady.

i'm a little slow in sharing this one.. these frenchy fingerpuppets were made for craft victoria's christmas window in december. i've made a few more sets for the shop too. they are screenprinted onto calico fabric with details added by hand.

i found him in an old sketchbook this morning, and underneath i had scribbled the name henry. i bet henry likes filling a plaid thermos with homemade soup before setting off on his bicycle to the state library where he asks for a book on leaves which he then reads in the botanic gardens, scribbling the various leafy shapes into his sketchbook with ink, while eating his soup. maybe.

three little friends of mine.

(if you have sent me an email recently and i have not yet replied i will soon! super busy, sorry.)

happy new year everyone! heres to a good one :)

*merry christmas*
